1) We can apply a layer of template paint to the bridge template. The template paint has the physical properties and good adhesion (the bonding strength can reach 9MPa). It is wear-resistant, alkali-resistant, and can be reused many times, which can effectively protect the bridge template.
2) Regardless of whether it is in the warehouse or on the construction site, the steel formwork should be stacked neatly according to the specifications and cannot be placed randomly.
3) When the steel formwork is transported, different specifications of the formwork should not be mixed. According to the structure, size and transportation conditions of the pre-assembled formwork, it can be transported horizontally in layers or vertically in a grid.
4) During the storage of the steel formwork, the surface of the formwork and the concrete should be coated with anti-rust oil. If the paint on the back is partially peeled off, it should be repainted. The steel formwork should be stored indoors as much as possible, or placed in a shed on site. If stored in the open air, it should be covered with canvas or iron sheet to prevent the steel formwork from rusting.
